ServicePLEX® ADVANTAGES

Ease of Installation

Ease of Installation

Twisted conductors have a unified diameter, which reduces the required pulling tension and eliminates jamming caused by parallel pulls.

Quality Conductors

XLPE Insulation

Conductors are insulated with XLPE thermoset insulation that does not require pulling lubricant and is more resistant to environmental breakdown and abrasions.

Material Savings

Material Savings

Reduces scrap (no long/short legs), as the conductors come out evenly at the back end of a pull; offers multiple runs on a single reel; and reduces reel storage, setup, and waste costs.

ServicePLEX® INSTALLATIONS

ServicePLEX in conduit

Conduit

ServicePLEX can easily be installed in conduit. The cable's unified diameter and lower required pulling tension makes for an easier pull as less surface area comes in direct contact with the inner wall of the conduit.

ServicePlex in Tray Cable

Cable Tray

ServicePLEX is a great alternative to single conductors in cable tray. The cable requires fewer cable ties to secure the conductors.

ServicePlex Direct Burial in Concrete

Direct Burial

ServicePLEX is direct burial rated. It can be installed underground or in concrete, a great option for roadway lighting installation.
